Danone is looking for an EMEA Performance & Data Manager VIE based in Rotselaar, Belgium, for a 12-month assignment starting in January 2027.
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
Education: Master (Data Analytics / Data Science / Business / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science)
Experience: 2+ years in data analytics / operations / performance management.
HARD SKILLS
Advanced data analysis & statistical thinking (trend analysis, root cause, forecasting)
Strong proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)
Knowledge of data architecture & integration
Experience in data governance, data quality, and standardization
Capabilities in Data Visualization & Storytelling
SOFT SKILLS
Proactivity, anticipation of needs and result-oriented approach
Strong mindset toward continuous improvement
Ability to take initiative and drive topics with sufficient autonomy
Fluency in interactions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
Capability to proactively question the status quo and confidently challenge ideas to drive better outcomes.

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
You have never done a V.I.E before.
