I’m a Senior Revenue Growth Manager!

I joined three and a half years ago as a Category Manager for Tesco’s beverage portfolio. After expanding my role, I took a “squiggle” into Revenue Growth Management, learning the financial side of the business. Now, I lead strategy for pricing, promotions, and portfolio mix in plant-based drinks.

MAKING AN IMPACT THROUGH STRATEGY AND HEALTHY CHOICES

In Revenue Growth Management, we use pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategies to influence market performance and shopper behaviour. With 98% of our portfolio being healthier options, we help encourage healthier choices.

 

Last year, I led a new promotional strategy. After careful planning, seeing it live and successful in stores was a truly rewarding full-circle moment.

There are great relationships and friendships to be had, plus initiatives like Winning Together that help teams connect and challenge each other to be the best version of themselves. 

LOOKING OUT FOR THE NEXT GEN

I recently volunteered at a local secondary school to give a career talk about roles in finance and RGM. The students were really engaged—many didn’t even know these jobs existed. It felt great to inspire the next generation and show them what’s possible. It’s great to work somewhere that encourages you to give back and invest in future talent.
