TURNING INSIGHTS INTO MEANINGFUL CHANGE

I bring a commercial lens to insights, shaped by experience in marketing and innovation. What drives me is seeing our work spark real change, moving from delivering insights to driving action through strong business partnerships.

 

It’s not just about great conversations; it’s about making a difference. The most rewarding feedback so far has come from my direct team. They feel heard, supported and empowered. That tells me I'm making a difference to them & that's really important to me.

BEING HEARD FROM DAY ONE

Being valued means being listened to and given the chance to contribute.

Right from the start, I’ve felt encouraged to share ideas, challenge thinking and collaborate. That openness reflects my values of being heard and highly regarded.

EXPLORING NEW WAYS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Stepping outside my day-to-day gives me variety and helps me see the bigger picture. I’ve always had a passion for supporting people and making businesses better places to be.

 

At Danone, I’ve already been involved with initiatives like leading our Impact Journey Day and taking part in Feet on the Street. Getting out into stores and connecting with new colleagues is energising. It’s great to take time away from the desk to do something different and meaningful.

SHAPING THE FUTURE THROUGH SHARED LEARNING

It’s a continual journey of learning, adapting and developing.

The Leaders’ Forum was a standout moment. We took a full day to explore AI with external suppliers in a marketplace-style setup.

 

It was a chance to learn, grow and think beyond our day jobs about how AI can shape the future of our business.
