Reporting to the HRBP Operation of the Waters Planning Center, you will join a multicultural and cross-country team by supporting the EU Waters Planning Center Director and HRBP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the HRBP in the project by settling down the Water Planning Center : recruitment of vacant position, working on capabilities of the people transferred, onboarding teams on new ways of working, settling down the identity of this “new community”, etc…
- Establish and deploy the communication of the WPC (In France, Poland and Spain)
- Prepare the integration of the Spanish Waters team (March 2025)
- Be the guarantor of Data Quality in Share for your population and the point of contact for EU OD team.
- Follow up on KPI (for training, workshop, team building, etc…)
- Participate to the organization of the inauguration of the WPC
- Support in key HRBP activities as business-relevant regarding the project.

About you
You are an energetic, hands-on and passionate HR professional. A true team player who is looking for the opportunity to influence and engage. You are naturally organized and structured and have strong communication skills. Your mentality is a can-do mentality, willing to "get your hands dirty" with topics varying from very strategic to very operational.
You also have the following background:
- Master’s Degree
- At least 3 years of work experience in an HR role, preferably in Operations
- Business & customer-first mindset, able to create plans & communications in line with business expectations
- Collaborative mindset - always willing to work with others to get the job done
- You are digitally savvy and able to work with Power BI tools and excel.
The job is based in the Waters Planning Center head-office in Evian and it requires some travels to other location in EU (5 to 10% of your time to other location in France, to Poland and Spain)
