• University degree in a relevant discipline
• 1-3 years proven experience of digital marketing experience preferably in a well-known FMCG company
• Excellent understanding of digital ecosystem and a trend seeker
• Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
• Excellent project management skills, x-functional digital projects management experience with appetite to grow personality and cooperative mindset
• A data driven mindset: Feeling comfortable working with big amounts of data, an Excel hero
• Have good presentation skills
• Ability to explain the data in a super simple way to stakeholders in the company & understand their business needs
• Media management experience is a plus
• Ability to understand con sumer, customer and market insights to develop creative and innovative solutions
• Open-minded, conceptual and creative thinking, result oriented
• Team player, dynamic & hard working with enthusiasm, innovative person with effective communication skills
• Text writing skills
• Excellent command of English
