About the job

We are currently looking for a Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning Team. If you are interested in digital transformation within Supply Chain, enjoy working closely with the business, and want to further develop your expertise in demand planning, this opportunity is for you.

 

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for preparing accurate sales forecasts and continuously improving forecast accuracy to support business performance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Creating, reviewing, and improving short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts at customer-product level.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather relevant inputs and insights for forecasting activities.
  • Preparing forecasts for marketing and sales activities, as well as conducting post-event analyses.
  • Supporting key business decisions by providing data-driven recommendations and monitoring market trends.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure product availability and continuity of supply.

About you

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analysis, or a similar area.
  • You have advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
  • You are eager to contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions in Demand Planning, including Machine Learning-based applications.
  • You have a good understanding of statistical forecasting models and know how to interpret their results.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
