About the job
The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for actively monitoring regulatory and legislative developments in our field of activity. This includes proposing adaptation scenarios and new directions for our commercial offer, ensuring the submission and follow-up of files with competent administrative authorities, and communicating with research and development teams, the marketing department, and the quality department to understand the characteristics of the developed product.
Missions:
- Ensure active regulatory and legislative monitoring within the company’s business scope in order to propose adaptation scenarios and new strategic directions for the commercial offering.
- Manage the submission and follow-up of regulatory dossiers with the relevant administrative authorities.
- Liaise with Research & Development, Marketing, and Quality teams to understand the characteristics of the products under development.
- Provide legal and regulatory support during product launch phases.
- Act as the interface between the Danone Group and Algerian authorities regarding the registration of imported products.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations related to advertising, packaging, promotional materials, and supporting documents.
- Monitor approval files and registration processes for the company’s product portfolio
About you
Education & Training: Master's degree (specializing in agri-food)
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, FMCG experience preferred
• Leadership skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working with ERP systems
