About the job

The mission of this role is to lead and successfully deliver projects in the areas of duplication, productivity, and sourcing, while acting as a key partner to the Production, Quality, and Development departments. The person in this position will work closely with the Bieruń plant, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, in line with the highest safety and quality standards.

About you

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as the central point of contact for IPRO, R&I, Quality, and Production teams, and providing technical and technological expertise to the IPRO Department in the area of initial analysis for all duplication and productivity-related projects.
  • Working closely with the plant and the project team to ensure overall quality of execution, as well as establishing and achieving performance metrics for projects.
  • Supporting post-implementation project reviews and incorporating key learnings into future projects through the R&I/IPRO network.
  • Participating in defining project execution standards across the EU.
