Join Our Team as an E-commerce Specialist at Danone Belgium!
We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our Sales Teams (FMCG & Pharma) in Brussels, BE. In this role, you’ll work closely with our E-commerce Managers, Shopper Marketers, and Key Account Managers to drive our online presence and sales. A glimpse of what you will be doing includes:
- Supporting the implementation of Belgian e-commerce projects across our four categories: Plant-based 🌱, Dairy 🥛, Water 💧, and Specialized Nutrition 🍽️.
- Ensuring high data quality, optimized online search, and attractive online activations.
- Collaborating with Belgium Clicks & Bricks (retailers), pure players, and e-Pharmacies to enhance our online experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Content Quality:
- Support E-commerce Managers in organizing projects and sharing information with customers.
- Create high-quality content to enhance our brands and improve product images.
- Update information on online platforms and internal systems to keep Sales and Marketing teams informed.
Online Search (SEO):
- Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to define and implement the best keywords.
- Conduct competitor benchmark analyses to boost our product visibility on various E-commerce platforms.
Activations:
- Work with the Shopper Marketing team to optimize visibility and create online activations (banners, promo messages, emails).
- Support the creation, briefing, and follow-up with creative agencies.
Brand Analytics:
- Learn and utilize our Brand analytics tools to gain insights into E-commerce KPIs.
- Implement action plans to improve overall KPIs across Retail & Pharma channels.

About you
In order to be successful you bring:
- Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recently graduated. A strong interest in the FMCG industry and digital ecosystems is essential.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Suitability: Available to work full-time for at least 6 months from our Brussels office.
