Laboratory Specialist

(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest Factory)

YOUR responsibilities as a Laboratory Specialist will include (but not limited to):

  • Perform laboratory testing to ensure product quality and compliance with standards
  • Analyze raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples (physical-chemical, microbiological, organoleptic)
  • Follow laboratory procedures, regulations, and ensure accurate documentation and traceability
  • Provide timely, reliable test results and contribute to product release decisions
  • Verify lab equipment accuracy and complete reports correctly and on time

About you

We are looking for a Laboratory Specialist with the following profile:

  • High school or university degree in Chemistry or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of physical chemistry and microbiology
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Analytical mindset with good communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
