Are you passionate about end to end product development? We have an exciting opportunity as Product Design & Development Manager, for our Early Life Nutrition (ELN) category. You will be part of the Specialized Nutrition - Early Life Nutrition category.
In your role as Product Design & Development Manager, ELN Up-Age Global Brands, your key responsibilities are:
- Lead end-to-end Product Development for ELN UpAge, from prototyping and formulation to qualification, industrialization and commercialization.
- Be the SN R&I technical lead, understanding consumer needs and translating them into relevant, winning product solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Drive industrial implementation with Supply Points and Pilot Plants, proactively managing risks and delivering pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure right-by-design formulations, robust qualification/validation, risk mitigation and compliance with SN R&I/InnoPro processes.
- Build category expertise and improve ways of working, challenging the status quo and capturing knowledge.

About you
To be successful in this role, you have:
- MSc or higher in Food Science/Technology, with Product Development experience.
- Experience in powdered milk or specialized nutrition is a plus.
- Strong technical product-development background (~5 years of experience), with the ability to use product design/development tools and translate consumer insights into relevant product solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly understand complex challenges and turn them into pragmatic solutions and concrete action plans.
- Proactive and collaborative, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills and a team-player mindset.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and changing priorities in a dynamic organization.
