About the job
Always wanted to work in a finance team at a factory? In Supply point Haps we are looking for a new colleague! We have a team of 6 people who take care of the financials of our state-of-the-art factory. We are a hybrid team with different nationalities. Working together to make sure the deadlines are met is important for us but having a laugh and go for a lunch walk together is also something we spend time on. Within the Haps factory we have multiple events during the year, including team events and a yearly factory party.
This role is based in Haps with the possibility of working hybrid.
About the Job
In this role, you’ll have a real impact by working hands-on across:
- Lead financial performance for Supply Chain and Maintenance
- Business partner for Maintenance and Supply Chain (including Logistics)
- Perform variance analysis
- Identify cost drivers and reduction opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Analyze KPIs and communicate business impact
- Coordinate forecasting and identify risks & opportunities
- Involved in balance sheet and cash flow control
- Provide recommendations to leadership
- Track productivity and project financial impact
- Ensure internal control compliance
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Manage another member of the team (1 direct report)
About you
To succeed in this role, you fulfil the following:
- You are proactive and intrinsically motivated to take action
- You have strong experience as business/financial controller
- You have a finance degree (master or bachelor)
- SAP experience as well as strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Tagetik and Magnitude is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt
- Resilient and anticipates business needs
- Able to build strong connections across the company
- Acts as a finance business partner
- Team player
- Management experience
