Danone Finance Organization is seeking a driven and innovative FP&A Analyst to play a key role in our continuous transformation journey. Reporting directly to the FP&A team and working closely with functions across finance, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to continuously improve processes and create standardization through digitalization. This role will focus on traditional FP&A activities along with transforming reporting standards through the lens of Power BI across finance. This role can be based out of White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO!

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance the Danone Performance System holistically, thereby freeing up time for core finance activities. This position will deliver value in a variety of ways, including providing analytical support across teams to drive strategic initiatives, leveraging data to identify and drive incremental efficiencies within broader finance operations, and focusing on continuous improvement and automation in both daily tasks and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute to a high-impact team and grow within a company that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: This role will require a high degree of technical savvy and will help support the delivery of Danone’s future-state digital transformation. You will act as a technical expert within the Danone North America finance teams and be a catalyst for the overall advancement of team data analytics skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process and Tool Assessment: Evaluate existing finance processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Implement strategies to simplify workflows, streamline operations, and leverage automation tools like Microsoft Power Tools and Power BI.
  • Digital Transformation: Identify digitization opportunities to support Danone's broader digitalization goals, particularly through the adoption and integration of Power BI
  • Reporting Development: Develop and maintain Power BI reports to provide visibility against key finance initiatives, including cost savings and efficiency programs. Create interactive and visually appealing reports using Power BI to share financial insights in a clear and engaging manner
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and the usage of data best practices, leveraging Power BI for enhanced data visualization and insights
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders in the finance organization and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on data-driven initiatives
  • Team Upskilling: Guide learning and upskilling of the finance team with a focus on using Power BI, leveraging tools, and discovering insights
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership in the digital space by unlocking new approaches and solutions to various business challenges through Power BI

The base compensation range for this position is $74k-84k commensurate with experience. About you

  • You have proven experience in finance, process improvement, and/or automation projects
  • You have strong knowledge of financial processes and tools, with expertise in MS Power Tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate)
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
  • You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across diverse teams
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving transformation and innovation
