Fresh out of school, I joined Danone in logistics. It was a solid start, all about operations and getting things where they needed to be. But over time, I got curious. I wanted to get closer to the customer. So I made the switch to sales. Not your typical path — but at Danone, if you’re hungry and take initiative, the system flexes with you.
This isn’t the kind of job where someone hands you a playbook. You carve your path. Build your relationships. Make your calls. That level of freedom might scare some people, but for me, it’s perfect. I enjoy figuring things out, trying new things, and adapting on the fly. And when you need backup, it’s there. You’re supported, but never boxed in.
A decade at one company might sound wild these days, but I’m still here — and not by accident. There’s always a new challenge, a new skill to pick up. And the culture? It fits. Human. Ambitious. Not too rigid. You’re trusted to grow by doing, not by ticking boxes.
We don’t just push products. We co-create plans that actually make sense — for our customers, for shoppers, for the planet, and Danone. That four-way win is our north star. It’s how we grow and how we stay true to what matters. And honestly? That’s what makes me proud to do this job.
