About the job

As a AMEA IPRO Intern, you will be a part of the Innovation-Renovation and Productivity Project Office (IPRO) that oversees delivering the right project management and portfolio management.

 

You will connect with local teams to ensure the data quality of Innovation-Renovation projects, including taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the maintenance, population of wed-based pipeline and project management systems and processes to manage the pipeline of Innovation and Productivity programs (and Artwork projects in One Flow if applicable).
  • Pipeline health check reporting, analysis and communication working closely with Finance and CBU IPRO teams.
  • Strategically recommending the prioritization of the Innovation and productivity pipeline of projects
  • Ensuring that the Danone innovation and productivity process and governance led by the IPRO leader are adhered to by all teams involved in the Country Business Units (CBUs). If needed, the IPRO Leader is responsible for recommending corrective actions to the IPRO Director in charge of the Danone innovation process and for the artwork process.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need…

 

The following technical skills and experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant Graduate Degree.
  • Preferably 2 years of prior working experience in project portfolio management
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and preferably PowerBI

These soft skills:

  • Good business acumen: Good understanding of the Innovation-Renovation and/or productivity project impacts 
  • Open with good communication skills
  • Proactive
