As HR Specialist you would work on: 

 

Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Co-create and co-leading communication EVAI strategy.
  • Animation & follow up of the communication plan, managing key communication channels such as Workplace and mail.
  • Master Digital tools (ie Klaxoon, Pigeonhole, Canva)
  • Lead EVAI newsletter, create and execution plan requesting and consolidating subjects per functions.
  • Supporting on the monitor of internal engagement indicators (DPS, EVAI pulse survey, etc)
  • Follow up of the Danone 5 Conversation (5C) communication plan.
  • Planning and organizing virtual and physical team events as per business needs.
  • Events/Meetings administration: invitations, registrations, feedback.

HR Processes and Administration

  • Ensure smooth administration processes for newcomers: filling in access requests, badges, setting up Employee folder, ensuring timely payroll and helping N+1 and HRBP to have all necessary tools ready from day 1
  • Data quality: ensure data quality in internal Danone system such as Cockpit, OrgVue for EVAI and participate in data quality analysis campaigns.
  • Working with third-party vendors: staffing agencies, event agencies, Business France … to ensure smooth documents administration and align with procedures.
  • Lead PO creation and follow up.
  • Documents administration: maintaining data base of contracts, certificates, etc.

Support HRBP

  • Ad hoc support to HR team as per priorities: induction process, performance and development campaigns, etc.
  • Working closely with zones HR teams for processing Employees’ requests
  • Participate to the 5C cycle, by helping to develop communication and promoting positive employees’ experience.

About you

Would typically have around 2/3 years of relevant experience in HR position, ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company.
