The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implementation support of new HR systems from technical implementation to roll-out to users (e.g. digital personnel file, ticketing tool),
- Support with monthly HR reporting or processing of ad-hoc reporting requests,
- Collaboration in end-to-end process optimization across the HR systems,
- Insights into project management and autonomous handling of sub-projects,
- Involvement in automation and digitalization projects for the whole employee services team,
- Cross-functional collaboration with various local HR and IT teams and the global HR tech community.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Ongoing or completed university degree e.g. in economics, HR, IT or similar,
- First practical experience through student jobs, internships or traineeships ideally in a project management set-up or HR/IT department,
- You are a team-oriented, committed personality who is at ease in a dynamic working environment and can drive your tasks forward in a goal-oriented and independent manner,
- A strong service mindset, because our customers are our Danone employees,
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge of Excel; Power BI or Power Automate is a plus,
- Fluent in English is a must and good knowledge of German language is a plus.
