For our IT&DATA Team in Milan we are looking as of now for an IT&DATA Support Manager.

Location: Danone, Information Technology Department

About the Role:

Danone is seeking a skilled IT&DATA Support Manager to join Italy Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and commercial areas, with technical experience in SAP SD/MM modules. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of daily business activities and managing projects rollouts within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage IT services related to operations and commercial areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, providing process experiences (i.e. order to cash, distribution...)
  • Provide experience and support for SAP SD/MM modules being open to work on other technologies than addressing issues and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams Local and Global to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT systems.
  • Lead and manage IT projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Monitor and maintain IT service performance, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of IT service capabilities and limitations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT service management (at least 4-5 years), with a focus on operations and commercial areas.
  • Technical experience with SAP SD/MM modules.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
