About the job

Le Molay Littry is a Dairy factory, located near the beautiful city of Caen, in Normandy. In Le Molay, a team of around 130 passionate Danoners produce 50KT of yoghurts per year, and the factory is mainly specialized in the organic range of Danone products, for instance the famous Lait 2 Vaches brand.

The plant manager is responsible to set the factory contribution to deliver business needs and priorities, along Danone Strategy, Operations Strategy and Danone Impact journey.  He/she delivers the results to drive factory competitiveness through superior products at the right cost and on time. He/she leads operationally and develops the team on both functional & managerial skills to create high performing teams. He owns the social relations in the factory. He/she contributes to Danone’s corporate image by establishing the right culture within the facility, relationships with the local community and unions representatives.

About you

Engineering Degree + manufacturing proven experience.

french proficiency mandatory

 

Functional Skills: Safety, Quality & Food Safety, Performance (IWS), Labour Relationships with employee and Union representatives (experience in france needed), People Policies and Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Fundamentals, Customer Centricity
