About the job

We are looking for a Sales Representative with strong customer focus and a passion for the pharmacy channel. In this role, you will help drive business growth by building solid relationships with pharmacies, identifying opportunities, and ensuring effective promotion of our product portfolio. We seek a proactive, results‑oriented professional who enjoys working in the field and representing the brand with excellence.
 
Role & Responsibilities: 
  • Visit panel of pharmacies allocated according to frequency predefined.
  • Identify the potential of the pharmacies and prepare meetings (targets, actions, activities) in line with it.
  • Analyze/ follow sell in and sell out performance of pharmacies and bricks allocated, identifying opportunity bricks and pharmacies to target.
  • Negotiate and apply the commercial conditions and buying targets in the way to potentiate sell out.
  • Leverage the engagement with the key decision markers of the pharmacies (Technical directors, buyers, category specialists… ).
  • Follow the sell in, sell out and activities kpis, defining and implementing a quarterly plan by pharmacy to reach it.
  • Train pharmacists in the way to recommend the category and our portfolio proactively.
  • Negotiate and implement visibility in the pharmacy.

About you

We believe that it is positive to have: 

  • Bachelor degree (desired in economics or pharmaceutical).
  • Experience: 3 years as pharmacy sales rep (desired experience in CHC market).
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Effective empathy and engagement.
  • Analytical skills, organized and structured mindset. 
  • Ability to work with IT systems (CRM, Excel, powerpoint, Teams, …).
  • Medium English (B2).
