YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Paris-Saclay, at our Daniel Carasso Research & Innovation center starting from February/March 2026. Mélanie de TURCKHEIM, Senior User Experience Team Manager in R&I Europe team, will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Positively impact our KPI on product superiority and productivity across Europe via consumer / sensory research  –  50% time
  • Support the setup and execution of consumer tests for our brands, mainly Hipro and other dairy products.
  • Manage test projects independently from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Support the Danone Product Superiority program at the heart of the R&I Europe team’s decision‑making – 30% time
  • Monitor the program in coordination with the UX departments across Europe (launching studies, validating results)
  • Ensure data reliability, updates, and accessibility, and regularly check data integrity
  • Synthesize and report on progress and results
• Deliver insights through internal sensory analysis studies – 20% time
  • Design and run sensory studies.
  • Write and share recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with product developers and brand leads.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Willing to develop career in Sensory, Product design and consumer research area.
• Ability to communicate in English & French is required.
• Position available from September / October 2026 for a period of 6 months
• Requires Bac+4/5 education level at a university or engineering school, ideally with a focus on sensory analysis or agri-food
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, organization, self-motivation, and interest in sensory analysis.
• Will work collaboratively with product development teams and interact with various departments
