Mission

As a CRM Product Owner, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to digitalize Nutricia’s Healthcare Medical Channel across Europe. You will ensure scalable and consistent deployments across countries, delivering strong user adoption, measurable business value (PnL/OKRs), and compliance with enterprise governance (Enterprise Architecture, Technology Leadership Team). You will build European CRM product backlog, to develop the global CRM product in line with European business value driven priorities. Leveraging your expertise, you will guide European markets in transforming their processes to maximize value from CRM solutions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Product Vision and strategy :  Collaborates with stakeholders to define and communicate the European harmonized product vision and multi-year strategy (see Product Vision, Product Strategy Canva and OKRs) to win in HCO/HCP channel (reach&conversion)
  • Channel & user expertise: Deeply understand end-user workflows & CRM experience and translate into product outcomes. Cooperates with other products to understand wider perspective and prioritize roadmap/ backlog respectively.
  • Roadmap ownership (build + deploy): Create and maintain the enhancement & deployment roadmap across Zone/CBUs. Align priorities with SNU strategy and harmonization objective.
  • Backlog & release leadership: Own European backlog prioritization, refinement, acceptance criteria and release planning (with cooperation with global IT team). Ensure predictable delivery and benefits. Cooperate with European teams on backlog prioritization and ensure high quality delivery with global team.
  • Performance management & analytics: Define KPI framework, dashboards and insight loops to improve win-rates, compliance, adoption and productivity. Cooperate with IT Data&Analytics teams on delivery.
  • Cross-product integration: Ensure tight integration with other solutions used in pharma/hospital channel.
  • Enterprise governance & approvals: Drive platform decisions through EA/Architecture, Security/Privacy, Data, and Technology LT—ensuring compliance-by-design.
  • Adoption & change management: Drive CBU onboarding, training, comms and hypercare; measure adoption and course-correct with feedback loops. Promote best practices. Sets expectations for squad members to support the product.
  • Stakeholders’ engagement : Serves as the primary liaison between the squad members and the stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users to identify areas for improvement by fostering the adherence to the frameworks best practices.

Key deliverables:

  • Product Vision + Strategy incl. value case and investment plan.
  • Roadmap: enhancements + multi-CBU deployment plan (3Y + AOP), with OKRs and benefits.
  • Product Backlog with prioritized epics/ user stories/features, acceptance criteria and release calendar.
  • Core capability design for CRM and related integrations, aligned with global owners
  • Governance pack: EA/Tech LT approvals, security/privacy, data requirements, integration blueprint, budget management
  • Adoption & Value tracking: rollout playbooks, training assets, adoption dashboard, benefits/PnL tracking.

About you

Required experience & skills

  • Minimum 7y experience working in life science CRM development
  • Experience in leading harmonized product vision & adoption of CRM in pharma/medical nutrition across multiple markets.
  • NBA (Next Best Action) experience in pharma sector
  • Experience in management of HCP omnichannel experience, through CRMs solutions
  • Experience in CRM Sales Salesforce.com deployments, Veeva CRM, Pitcher CRM would be an asset
  • Experience in rollouts of global solutions in hybrid mode. Change management experience will be an asset.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Project Management best practices and related methodologies like Prince2, Agile, hybrids
  • Experience in product-oriented organization
  • KPIs, value-measurement orientation
  • Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure, including occasional off-hours deployment windows and travel
  • Ability to work in a complex corporate environment with stakeholders on global, regional and country sides.
  • Familiarity with commercial systems used in Commercial field, like Customer Data Platforms, e-commerce, web solutions, Identity Management
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Nice to have

  • Certifications: Salesforce.com (Administrator or other relevant), Prince2 Foundation, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner (like PSPO, CSPO, SAFe POPM
  • Change management experience
