Implementation of the reliability strategy: Develop and implement reliability and predictive maintenance strategies for critical equipment in order to improve plant performance.Identify and assess risks related to equipment reliability and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
Equipment monitoring and analysis: Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) in the event of equipment failures and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to measure equipment reliability.
Use condition monitoring tools and other predictive techniques to plan preventive maintenance actions.
Maintenance optimization:
Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize the preventive maintenance program and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
Improve maintenance processes and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques and other continuous improvement tools.
Continuous improvement and training: Participate in continuous improvement projects to maximize equipment availability and minimize maintenance costs.
Train maintenance and production teams on best practices in equipment reliability.
