Role Purpose:

You will join our Agile HR team whose mission is to drive transversal HR projects across the business and lead on operational HR topics.

 

As an HRM you will work across the business both in UK & Ireland to execute key projects to deliver the strategic people plan and enable outcome-focussed processes and fairness & consistency in experience for all our Danoners. As we are working in an Agile way, your role will have some key fixed activities (50%) for which you will be the point of contact for the business; the rest of your time (50%) will be spent on different projects and topics across the HR function.

 

Job Details:

 

Operational HR

  • Implement the operational delivery of our people cycle processes: annual salary review, performance cycle & development conversations
  • Manage employee relations casework including performance, sickness and absence management. Coach and support people managers to frame these conversations well and deliver the process consistently.
  • Support to HR Leads on all business partnering topics in the business (policy application, facilitating team sessions etc)

 

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  • Your role will be anchored in a particular area of HR (e.g. wellbeing, onboarding, reward etc) – for this area you will own and execute all key activities related to it
  • Act as a key partner to other stakeholders in relation to your specific area of HR
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to your area of HR – bringing a fresh perspective and challenging the way things are done to achieve a better result
  • External market scanning to ensure we are best in class in your SPOC area

Project Management

  • Lead or play an active role on key HR projects across the business and beyond. Lead these projects with a UKI mindset. Key projects will relate to but not exclusive to areas of:
    • Employee Health & Wellbeing
    • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Capability Development and Talent Management
    • Reward
    • Social/Employee Relations

• Experience of Social Relations within HR preferable

Please note the salary on offer for this position is between £45,000 - £58,000 plus bonuses & benefits
