Role Purpose:
A key member of the Grocery Channel, assisting to deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within Sainsbury’s. Partnering with key stakeholders internally and externally to support and lead the day to day operational management of Sainsbury’s across all 4 categories.

About you:
A self starter that can take a step back to understand wider business implications before making decisions
Able to make sound decisions and solve problems
Can work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
Is able to prioritise and can plan ahead to overcome obstacles
Able to build and manage core stakeholder relationships
Functional capabilities
Able to identify insight from data to help with JBP creation and negotiations
Able to demonstrate experience in identifying customer/ shopper needs to create features and benefits for sales proposals
Able to identify ‘must gets’ ‘wish list’ and ‘concessions’ within negotiations
Salary Bracket: £34k - 38k + bonus & benefits
