We have an interesting full-time permanent opportunity for an Administration Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will work within our Healthcare Nutrition team and will provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations including supporting the remote based field teams.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide general administrative support including coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate the induction of all HCN Field Team new starters
  • Management of the Field Teams “Tools of the Trade” (company vehicles, storage units and product samples)
  • Management of various external vendors as well as management of fleet vehicles
  • Purchase order management for key vendors
  • Provide additional support to the Tenders and Contracts team where necessary
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, enjoy working with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders, as well as display the ability to work autonomously. You will be a problem solver and provide solutions to improve our ways of thinking.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience working within an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience using SAP to manage purchase orders is extremely beneficial
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Ablilty to work independently on topics of work whilst managing a variety of different stakeholders
