The Analyst, RGM is responsible for supporting the Mass/Club/Dollar/Discount/Ecomm sales teams with pricing and trade optimization. The individual is passionate about delivering insights, has data and mathematical acumen, and ideally possesses an understanding of CPG business drivers. The team member is a results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests. The team member will be responsible delivering data-driven insights to the business, collaborates with and listens carefully to business partners, and can incorporate business knowledge into deriving an optimized proposition. This individual is data curious, financially rigorous, and business savvy. The individual isn’t afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance. Pull and leverage internal and external data sources including Syndicated POS data
The base compensation range for this position is $65,000- $75,000commensurate with experience.
