YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

The Global Revenue Growth Apprentice will support the RGM Team in designing and deploying methodologies, tools, processes, and governance structures, while actively tracking progress as a member of the RGM community. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Support the design and deployment of our 5 pillars: 

• Organize deployment with CBUs. 

• Review and analyze key KPIs to support local RGM teams in deployment. 

• Assist the team in building compelling storytelling

Co-lead and contribute significantly to training programs: 

• Train for Trainers, Master Class, certified programs, e-learning, and new upskilling methods.

Support the harmonization of tools deployment across different areas: 

• Organize dedicated sessions with CBUs. 

• Monitor the progress of deployment. 

Co-lead the organization of internal meetings and events & communication: 

• RGM Community calls, webinars, etc. 

Track and monitor progress in our RGM Roadmap and impact through various KPIs.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• • Available from July 2026 for a duration of 1 year 
  • At a Bac+4/5 level in university, business school, or engineering school 
  • Organized, meticulous, and autonomous by nature 
  • Comfortable with Excel and has an affinity for accounting and financial concepts 
  • Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
