Danone MENA is looking for a talented Artwork Coordinator for its Specialized Nutrition Business in the Middle East and North Africa region to be based in Cairo, Egypt.

This role is designed to:

A. To Guaranty the Artwork Process

- Create Artworks Briefs with other functions: marketing, regulatory, nutrition R&I, C&P, quality.

- Ensure text consistency between products on our ranges.

- Apply and maintain SN Artwork process.

- Monitor approval cycle with all function (Mkt, Nut, Reg, Quality) and ensure that it runs smoothly.

- Maintain timelines (brief creation, artwork approval cycle, Exe-gravure, file delivery to printer) consistent with factory and marketing needs (market launch date).

- Ensure compliance to SN process by all Graphic chain stakeholders.

- Come up with new ideas to improve current procedure, consistency between products on our ranges.

- Be responsible of the process updates and animation.

B- Lead the Process on Digital Tool: ONE FLOW

- Lead graphic chain projects on our digital tool for artwork management ONE FLOW.

- Set up ONE FLOW for each project: brief construction, coordination at each steps and planning of upcoming projects.

- Be the link between Artwork Excellence team.

- Improvement and management of priorities and artworks timelines.

- Train new commers on the One Flow tool.

C- Update dashboard and KPI

- Update projects portfolio dashboard and anime monthly project review meeting.

- Define, calculate, follow and analyze the projects indicators to improve

- Animate indicators internally but also with our prepress agency.

- Alert in case of deviations of the process, of the results…

D- Interactions

- Product manager Marketing

- Prepress agency “if applicable”

- Factories

- Quality, Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D and C&P.

- ELN: regulatory, global marketing, artwork excellence team.

E- KPI on the job

- Right first time

- Quality of the packaging production follow-up

JOB DIMENSIONS

- Ability to act as a project manager, involving asserting oneself with actors at different hierarchical levels and in complex situations (deadlines, multiplicity of actions, etc.)

- Organization: manage its day-to-day activities, depending on the workload and requests from internal customers. Ability to prioritize assignments.

- Concern for quality: respect the standards, rules, procedures guaranteeing the quality of the work provided.

- Respect the ethics and deontology of the company.

- Follow the procedures in place.

- Sense of the customer; meet the demand of its internal or external customers

- Knowledge of graphic chain management (design, prepress, printing, etc.) and knowledge of quality are a plus.

- Robust data management & document control system.

To be successful in the role you should ideally have

Education and professional experience:

- Bachelor’s degree. Preferable Pharmacist/ Science background.

Cairo, Egypt.

Languages required

• Fluent in Arabic, English
