As a Assistant Brand Manager, your mission will be to develop and implement the brand strategy to increase the penetration of the oral nutritional supplements category and the market share of the Fortimel brand.

 

Your main responsabilities will be: 

  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights for campaign development.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, shopper marketing, and media, to ensure brand consistency and strategy alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Development of Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support marketing initiatives across different touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, such as agencies and suppliers, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of campaigns.

About you

To be successful in this role we believe that is it positive to have:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare sector. Proven experience in managing marketing projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Postgraduate degree or MBA will be an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and ability to analyze data and KPIs.
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments, strong organizational and time management skills and creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (written and spoken).
