Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Brand Manager - Transformation" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together! 

    • Work closely with GBM on brand growth & transformative plans including strategy development, innovation strategy & management, brand communication strategy & campaign activation management.
    • Rigorous brand & market performance analysis
    • Identify growth opportunities for the brands
    • Lead with GBM the creation of both the short-term & long-term business & marketing strategies including prioritization & action plans
    • Own & manage transformation & innovation projects in line with LIM process in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders , ensure projects are completed on strategy, on time and within budget
    • Lead & execute brand communication campaign activations across all media touch points
    • Contribute to the mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your market & category knowledge
    • Acts as the brand owner by displaying a constant challenger mindset with a desire to question the norm and always strives for excellence.
    • Ensure a thorough market and competitive analyses and collaborate with S&I teams for facilitating consumer research and Brand Health Tracking
    • Comply with regulatory and deal with related stakeholders cross-functionally
    • Review channel, SKU and regional performance of the brand and work with C&CD and Sales Teams to drive brand activation plans
    • Support implementation of all brand and campaign toolkits with C&CD Teams (Key Visual, print and digital materials, Q&As, all consumer promotions, joint business plans etc.)
 

About you

Hard skills:

  • Marketing experience, ideally within FMCG min. 1-2 years
  • University graduate from a reputable university, preferably management, economics, engineering or social sciences
  • Familiar with the overall business environment and cross-functional dynamics (R&D, Finance, Operations, Strategy) of FMCG companies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, preferably data knowledge on Nielsen database
  • Ideally, experience in NPD development (insight generation, concept building, concept testing) & project management

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and deal with all kinds of different stakeholders cross functionally, across countries and management levels
  • Deep consumer understanding, with a grounding in insights and analytics
  • Business / commercial acumen, including financial and digital expertise
  • Passion to growth and strong time management skill, ability to work in multiple projects.
  • Team player, dynamic & hard working with enthusiasm, innovative person with effective communication skills

Project management skills:

  • Organized, structured, and always have an overview of all the deliverables. Ability to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe and to work well and lead cross functional teams.
  • Possess the skills to prioritize and simplify when needed.
