We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead our Metabolics and Ketogenics Portfolio. In this permanent position, you will co-develop the portfolio strategy with the Senior Brand Manager and be accountable for the commercial objectives and execution of all marketing initiatives. You will lead the execution of annual brand plans, including multi-channel engagement campaigns for both healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Portfolio/Brand Management : Lead the Metabolics and Ketogenics Portfolio strategy with the senior brand manager, driving innovation and NPD launches, while overseeing commercial objectives and executing annual brand plans and multi-channel engagement campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaboration with Cross Functional team: Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Digital, and Sales teams in AU and NZ to drive sales and share objectives of the Metabolic portfolio.
  • Digital and marketing capability: Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing activation initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, direct-to-patient CRM, and website content.
  • Sales & forecasting: Collaborate with Sales, channel, and category management teams for strategy execution, track monthly brand and competitor performance, develop forecasts with supply and demand planning, and manage stock and HCP communication.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal and external teams to deliver on budget and brand plans, foster collaboration, and negotiate with key stakeholders.

About you

You are a strategic and innovative professional with a passion for brand management and healthcare marketing. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you excel in cross-functional environments. Your ability to develop and execute brand strategies, manage projects, and drive marketing initiatives makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of our organisation.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in Medical/Healthcare Marketing (a background in Dietetics is a plus)
  • Experience as a Brand Manager or ABM/JBM within the pharmaceutical or medical space
  • Experience in healthcare-related marketing, including brand planning and innovation, stage gate processes, business case development, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in DTC, and pharmacy channels
  • Proven experience with data analysis tools (e.g., IRI, Quantium, IQVIA Mi-Portal, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate, a willingness to learn and grow, and a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
