PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Brand Marketing Activities:

• Support during the planning process to roll-out brand marketing activations on time.
• Event Support: Help organize and execute brand-related events such as launch event, roadshows..etc.
• Content Creation & Management: Assist in drafting script and caption for digital content to ensure the message aligns with the brand core value.
• Support on marketing material design to ensure they follow established brand guidelines and maintain premium & profession look and feel.

 Competition Update:

• Support on competitor update on quarterly basis by seeking strong support from HMS stakeholders

Operation & Brand Administration:

• Ensure PR/PO/GR/Sole Source/Quotation/Contract are being completed in timely manner following accounting rules

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background

Education:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

Skills:

• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments

Experience:

• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
