PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Mission
Proactively develop, implement and ensure the sustainability of IT&Data applications as enablers for business performance for Japan/Korea in order to ensure an optimal and sustainable IT service delivery that meets or exceeds the business expectations independently.
Essential function Business
Solution Manager for Topline/D&A (Data and Analytics)
• Business partnering and clear status update in the concerned scope
• Manage applications on a day-to-day basis in partnership with vendors/internal teams to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IT applications to support business growth and business KPIs
• Manage for the project success
• Ensure operational management of projects or support dedicated resources
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Main responsibilities
*Position responsibilities are as below but not limited to;
• Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs • Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications for his / her domain
• Identify opportunities for the evolution of applications
• Lead or participate in projects in the concerned scope
• Managing internal and external suppliers and other resources
• Execute activities to ensure compliance with existing laws, regulations, IT Governance Processes, and Internal Control
• Collaboration with other countries’ members and product teams in the domain
Education background
• Possess a general bachelor’s degree and above Technical Skills and Experiences required
• More than 7 years’ experience in IT applications implementation and support
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of Sales and Topline processes and tools, Customer activation
• Data analytics and application in FMCG industry is a PLUS.
• Stakeholder relationship management balancing with customer focus and communication excellence
• Ability to understand software solutions and delivery models and to evaluate, select and ensure successful implementation.
• Ability to map business activities into processes, to optimize and support them
• Ability to lead cross-functional and diverse teams to deliver results, manage transversal processes and projects
• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Business Level Competencies to be successful on the job
