We are seeking a proactive Business Controller (Specialized Nutrition, Nordics and Baltics) to support financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and collaboration across teams to drive efficiency and profitability. This is a temporary position for 1.5 years, perfect for individuals seeking a defined-term project with meaningful impact. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly forecasting and topline closing, ensuring accurate financial projections and ERP/BI system updates.

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams, providing insights on product performance, tenders, and channel management.

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions to improve profitability.

• Support tender modelling, providing accurate data and simulating pricing scenarios.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and new tool implementations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

• Assist in preparing business performance reports for key stakeholders.

• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 2-3 years experience in a financial role.

• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of P&L management.

• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
