Call Off Planner (Zoetermeer – fulltime)

This role is part of our Specialized Nutrition Factory located in Zoetermeer and is the biggest liquid Medical Nutrition factory within Danone, supplying 4 different packaging types with 14 different types of content all across the world. With about 900 different SKUs and almost 4000 SKU/country combinations, it is a complex factory which changes continuously and transforming to accommodate future needs. Our portfolio helps vulnerable patients, and brings health through food to as many people as possible.


As a Material Call Off Planner you will be part of the Inbound Planning department of our Supply Chain Team of our factory in Zoetermeer. The inbound department is responsible for the Material Planning (long, mid and short term for Raws and Packs), inventory control (DOH on targets, zero write off, no material shortages), contract and general material management
Your responsibilities are:

- 50% is to guarantee continuity for our Supply Point in Zoetermeer by securing raw materials and packaging. The planner has a leading role in the contact with the supplier regarding their deliveries to the factory. You are also involved in projects for new material or packaging coming from the innovation pipelines. Targets are related to supplier performance.
- 30% Inventory management. Resolving of inventory issues, alignment between different systems, write off management. Improving ways of working in regards WMS systems (eg. DanMes)  
- 20% Local material management   

About you

In order to be successful in the role of Call Off Planner, we expect you to have:
• Completed education with experience in Supply Chain or related field;  

• Proven experience in material planning and/or call off planning;
• Experience and like to work in production environment (ideally in food, pharma, or biotechnology);
• You have knowledge with SAP APO and Excel/PowerBI:

• Experience with planning tools like MRP, S&OP;  
• You are energized by a puzzle and bring all bits and pieces together to create the best production plan;
• You like details but can also be pragmatic;
• You love data analysis, data crunching and have affection with systems;
• You are able to bring different perspectives together and strong enough to bring this conclusion across to all stakeholders;
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Dutch.
