PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible & support for all execution of PSP campaign, visibility, POSM, activation and activities for all Channel
• Closely tracking and Monitoring market/category PSP segment trends and competitors’ activities update
• Tracking report performance for each deployment program or activities and keep collect information insight for the evaluation
• Assist CCD Manager to review and analyze PH, BB, & MT channel performance for all brand and PSP for all channel  
• Assist CCD Manager to have readiness for implement CCD plan, trade promotion, campaign ICP, NCP standard talk
• Assist CCD Manager to monitor customer performance by channel and provinces by SKUs.
• Responsible for Ensuring payment incentive or reward deliver on time.
• Responsible for ensuring readiness of trade program, promotional, standard talk, agreement for cascade and implementing.
• Responsible for arranging and prepare document filling for supporting future Dango
• Assist CCD Manager to organize and host shopper/trade engagement event
• Assist CCD manager to control budget Trade Spend and Trade Marketing management. 
• Assist CCD Manager to do bottom up outstanding by program for accrual and rolling
• Ensure execution vs budget rolling matching timeline with program and activities
• Execution POSM followed by communication campaign/guideline update.
• Monitor and correct POSM execution to field sales, field force team if not follow guideline.
• Monitor POSM production quality with agency or supplier.
• Support and monitor in-store promotional and POSM implementation
• Assist CCD Manager to control and update price survey.
• Monitor and Execution PIPO (phase in phase out) management
• Closely tracking and Monitoring market/category PSP segment trends and competitors’ activities update, price, promotion and campaign 
• 50% need to supporting and working closely with field team PC & Sales for ensuring campaign/POSM execution is right
• Ensure execution production new KV/ communication campaign update on time in full (OTIF)
• Monitor & Tracking guideline, planogram, MSL and share to field sales and field force regularly to execution team (Sales/PC)

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background & Leadership

Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
• Result-oriented with strong negotiation & presentation skills
• Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging channel & category plan.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ direct experience in Trade Marketing, Field Sales, or related fields

Specialist Knowledge:

• FMCG knowledge
