This CDI will take place in Paris, in our head office.

 

We are seeking a Global Data Analytics Tools Adoption Specialist to join our Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will support our partners (Insights, Marketing, Categories, Sales, Ecommerce, Media) by enabling data-driven decision-making through connected data solutions (dashboards & tools) to drive business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibility is to support the adoption of our advanced analytics tools through targeted training sessions and continuous user support.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Analytics Product Owner to execute the analytics agenda and translate business needs into data/analytics solutions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our internal products (dashboards & tools), resolving user queries and preparing presentations, videos, and training materials to support continuous learning and user engagement.
  • Drive value creation by building analysis/value cases to demonstrate the impact of Analytics Products based on usage/adoption statistics and user feedback (e.g., time saved, business impact).
  • Co-create, develop, and deliver comprehensive training plans for our advanced analytics tools to our partners (Insights, Marketing, Categories, Sales teams, etc.).
  • Identify key business issues by working closely with business stakeholders and pinpoint opportunities for product improvements.
  • Provide feedback on data accuracy in all analytics products.
  • Monitor adoption and satisfaction of end users by tracking usage reports and training feedback, and lead product updates to meet business needs.
  • Analyze usage statistics of internal dashboards & tools and suggest measures to optimize product usage and enhance user experience.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

 

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data driven environment (preference in delivering BI and advanced analytics solutions in Marketing and Sales).
• Experience working with 3rd party data from aggregators like Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos etc.
• Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions and value creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present (and tech) our analytics dashboards & tools to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Community Management: excellent communication and presentation skills (you will be in contact with Danoners from all over the world on a weekly basis)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
