This CDI will take place in Paris, in our head office.

 

In this role, you will inspire, shape and influence the mid long-term strategy of water brands, while guiding marketing teams in developing both brand building and brand activations initiatives.


Your key responsibilities :

  • Build and Implement the Research Roadmap for Volvic & European Beverages acceleration unit with the Global Marketing Team
    Recommend the best learning plan
  • Manage the budget

Lead the ad hoc quantitative and qualitative research in collaboration with the research agencies & the local SIA teams in CBUs :

  • Conduct research on innovation/renovation (concept, product, pack, price, format), communication (creative & media effectiveness tests), brand equity and others (audiences, trends, …)
  • Foster strong collaboration with local SIA partners to maximize synergies, supporting in definition of methodologies and action standards for local projects.

Keep a pulse on the environment & connect data to act as a Strategic Planner :

  • Review and summarize multiple sources (ad hoc research, competitors, trends, brand health tracking, sales, panel, consumer datas etc.. ) to build a strong understanding for the brand and identify new opportunities all year long, and for the annual brand planning

 

Be the voice of the consumer to maximize the SIA impact :

  • Craft, present and defend recommendations based on research results.
  • Be the SIA voice for Volvic in cross functional partners (Marketing, UX, R&I, IPRO), ensuring people centricity across the organization
  • Embed marketing stakeholders in transversal programs (ex. consumer love, research protocols)
  • Participate to the elevation of Insights by being an active member of the SIA team and being curious about new methodologies

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

  • Fluent English (French is a plus)
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a minimum of 6 years of successful experience in an insights role, client side, international scope and ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Rigor in data and project management
  • Strong communication skills to engage the audience – verbal & written (synthesis & story telling)
  • Willingness to drive business impact through connecting different data points
  • Ability to foster strong relationships as the role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with uncertainties and ambiguities in a matrix organization
  • Bring enthusiasm, proactivity and curiosity / willingness to learn, grow and develop yourself
