We are looking for a Quality Food Safety (QFS) FP&A Controller to join our QFS Finance team in Global Finance function. The position is based in Paris (75). In this position, you will report to our QFS Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities will focus on:  

• Monitor Actuals by checking monthly closing entries
  • Ensure costs and accruals are captured in the right cost centers & in the right period
  • Check payroll files & intercompany charges
  • Analyse variances to forecast, root causes and corrective action plans
  • Update full year Risk&Opportunity list on a monthly basis
  • Specific accuracy is expected to be met for Half-year and full year closing
  • Generate quarterly reports to Zones performance reviews
• Build Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Rolling Forecasts (RF)
  • Anticipate & reflect cost and FTE evolutions
  • Prepare consolidated view & seek management’s approval
  • Communicate AOP or RF with appropriate phasing to each relevant legal entity controllers
  • Upload AOP and RF’s in our Fixed Cost tool (internal Power BI finance tool)
  • Simulate different scenario for organizational changes & reflect changes in systems after if validated
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement of the processes and answer to new requests

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• Master’s degree with specialization in finance controlling or audit background
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Finance controlling
• Good proficiency in Excel, additional knowledge of Essbase, Magnitude, SAP, PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
• Ability to navigate in a fast-moving, complex, and ambiguous situation
• Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus
