About the job

In this role you will be primarily responsible to maintain optimal balance of stock and service level in our divisional central and in CBUs warehouse. This role is responsible to organize, follow up and improve the supply of 3rd party products, maintain defined stock targets to maximize CFR (Customer Fill Rate). S/he will be leading efficiency improvements and productivity initiatives. 

 

We are looking for a person who will join our team in Katowice as a Co-manufacturing Planner:

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Calculating optimal production and delivery plan in collaboration with 3rd party supply points, call off planning, monitoring of productions and deliveries on time,
  • Ensure right inventory level of each SKU that satisfy the customer service target keeping in mind warehouse free space constrains and freshness requirements,
  • Maintaining a smooth and professional working relationships with 3rd parties and act as SPOC for these 3rd parties, CBU's and any other stakeholder,
  • Contribute to supplier improvement agenda, such as MOQ optimization, cost reduction initiatives together with other 3rd party manufactures departments,
  • Flag any short, mid or longer-term capacity issue or opportunity,
  • Review with key CBUs demand deviations and challenge to get the most realistic result,
  • Work closely with Deployment and Quality functions to ensure that product is delivered to the markets in the right quantity and timing,
  • Ensure all systems settings are up to date to complete the above tasks.
  • Support the activity management team on New Product Introduction projects for 3rd party products.

About you

You fit this role perfectly if you are/have:

  • Team player who can easily connect to other departments and influence and persuade others when needed,
  • Min. 4 years of experience in an international environment in FMCG planning function,
  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administration or similar education,
  • Have helicopter view of end-to-end supply chain, proactive mindset with a strong eye for detail, good communication skills,
  • Customer focused, able to communicate with all levels and able to easily build effective working relationships with suppliers (could involve travelling for face2face meetings),
  • Fluent in English is must, knowledge of other languages is a plus,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint is must,
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP (APO) is a big plus.

 

Please be advised that this opportunity will require work at our office at Chorzowska 6 in Katowice, three times per week.
