About the internship/main tasks:

The Commercial Excellence team is the strategic core of the Specialized Nutrition business in the Nordics and Baltics region. We are responsible for setting and driving business excellence, overseeing implementation, and ensuring technological advancement in Sales and Marketing. You will report to Head of SN Commercial Excellence & Value Creation, who is located in Vilnius. You will also have an on-site colleague at the office in Solna.

Your responsibilities and learning objectives will include:

• CRM Management: You will learn to manage CRM routines, including data extraction/uploading, checking data correctness, and creating supporting documentation.
• Problem-Solving: You will gain experience in resolving CRM and database issues, supporting CRM users, and advising them upon request.
• Technological Advancement: The intern will pioneer CRM excellence by testing and implementing new CRM additions and modules.
• Strategic Projects development: Participate in tech-related projects such as Gigya, Marketing Automation Cloud, and Power BI implementation will provide hands-on experience in these areas.
• Business Processes facilitation: The intern will dive deep into business processes, value creation, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and establish standards across the region.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree Business Administration, Business Management, IT & Data Analytics (or related) in Sweden 
• Have an internship included in your program for at least 10 weeks during spring 2025
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet short deadlines
• Willing to learn and develop in dynamic environment
• Good oral and written communication skills in English is a must
