About the job

Join our dynamic Commercial Excellence (CE) Team, a high-performing group with a Benelux scope.

In this role, you’ll collaborate to enhance our Healthcare Engagement strategy, streamline processes, and implement action plans for the Specialized Nutrition (SN) CBU in Belgium. Your efforts will boost the performance and efficiency of our Field Force, automate data, and optimize our resources. You’ll also support and challenge our Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Account Managers with data-driven insights and analysis in the Belgian market.

You will also act as a catalyst for change, embedding Commercial Excellence (CE) into our organizational culture. As a Business Partner, you’ll gather and analyze data from our CRM system and external research to provide valuable insights regarding the Healthcare channel and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). Additionally, you’ll optimize resource allocation through the most impactful channels, improve target group segmentation, and proactively challenge current practices. Your efforts will build strong cases for change, improvement, and efficiency.

Concretely your roles and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Be a subject matter expert: Act as a Business Partner, sharing detailed knowledge and insights with peers and providing consultancy.
  • Understand the country healthcare market: Gather competitive insights and leverage industry benchmarks to recommend improvements that drive value and commercial effectiveness ("OWN" the Business Partner Role).
  • CRM Segmentation: Update or set up CRM segmentation for key HCP target groups to enhance customer targeting efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
  • Mindset Change: Drive internal stakeholder mindset change and strengthen engagement strategies with Healthcare Professionals (how and via which channels), measuring KPIs to showcase value.
  • Data/Automation Projects: Lead projects to integrate more databases into a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) database, in collaboration with IT and DataPowerHouse members.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness: Proactively identify opportunities and innovations to improve sales force effectiveness.
  • Sales Region Design: Optimize and redesign sales regions for maximum effectiveness.
  • Challenge Practices: Evaluate existing practices and, when necessary, develop compelling arguments for change to enhance efficiency and drive improvements.

About you

To be successful in this role you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (HBO) and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
  • Are digitally savvy with strong analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to build and leverage relationships, influence, and collaborate across functions.
  • Have proven project management and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, are result-driven, and bring a strategic mindset.
  • Are structured and detail-oriented.
  • Have experience in the healthcare/pharma industry and/or sales (preferred).
