PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Lead the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies for Aptamil across MENA, to drive brand growth, equity, and profitability. The role ensures consumer centric plans, strong cross functional alignment, and impactful activations that reinforce Aptamil’s leadership in Specialized Nutrition.
BUSINESS CONTEXT & KEY PRIORITIES
This role operates in a highly competitive and regulated category, requiring strong brand building, disciplined execution, and close collaborations across functions and markets. Key priorities include strengthening brand credibility with parents and caregivers, resonding to evolving consumer trends, and identifying growth opportunities through innovation and insight.
