• Objectives of the role required lead all complaints management system(local&global)
• Managing consumer & customer complaints
• Working closely with the global and local quality teams to drive the necessary actions
• Representing Türkiye in the global consumer feedback project
• Providing quality content support to the consumer marketing teams 
• Representing Consumer Service in the crisis team

• University degree in Food Engineering
• 1 year of experience in quality department
• Good level of using MS Office programs
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
