Note: Customer Delivery (from Danone DC to Customer Centers) = FTC (Freight To Customer)

  • Manage Logistics (FTC: Freight To Customer) operation
  • Maintain and update Customer Master Data Information for SAP and Customer Scoreboard
  • Manage and improve cost performance and quality for FTC
  • Plan and execute Productivity Projects for cost savings and operation efficiency
  • Define and develop Supply Chain Network to support and contribute company’s middle to long term goals


Main responsibilities: 

  • Maintain / improve quality and reduce delivery costs for FTC
  • Corporate and collaborate with 3PLs to achieve required objectives, such as quality improvements and cost reduction
  • Handle delivery troubles, such as delay and damages, and conduct RCA(Root Cause Analysis) and develop Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence for the future
  • Analyze logistics costs and execute projects for improvement of TCTS (Total Cost To Serve) as well as cost reductions
  • Lead / control logistics projects and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Handle customer requests (internal / external) regarding customer delivery
  • Provide optimum / efficient logistics solution and attend customer meetings if and when necessary
  • Manage and maintain Customer Master Data managed within SAP (Danone ERP)

About you

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background

Education background:

  • University Graduate

Technical Skills and Experiences required:

  • Logistics (Transportation) management
    • Experience in FMCG and Food Industry is preferable
  • Management of 3PL, such as Quality, Cost and Performance (KPI)
  • Communication skills for supplier selection, negotiation and their performance improvement
  • Stakeholder management (internal / external) and negotiation with customers, suppliers.
  • Project management in the area of supply chain and logistics
  • Business process development, optimization and decision making
  • Preferable Experiences:
    • Food wholesaler and / or Food Industry
    • Sales and/or Customer Account Management
    • E2E commercial distribution management at Trading Company
    • Physical operation of warehouse and transportation
  • Data analytics and able to make decision, proposal and presentation based on logical and data thinking
  • Intermediate PC Skills (Excel, Word and Power point)
  • TOIEC more than 650 points
