Deze Customer Service positie is een functie binnen de afdeling Customer Solutions, rapporterend aan de Customer Service Teamlead. Deze afdeling is onderdeel van Operations organisatie van Danone Nutricia Nederland B.V.

Doel van de functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele administratieve proces van ‘order to invoice’ en voor alle communicatie met de klant en distributiecentra inzake orders en leveringen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Customer Service Coördinator ben je, onder andere, verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

· Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten, distributiecentra en interne afdelingen rondom de status van bestellingen en leveringen.

· Ontvangen van orders per mail en EDI als het invoeren en controleren van orders in SAP

· Bewaken van voorraden en signaleren van tekorten

· Doorzetten van orders (na evt. aanpassingen) naar het distributiecentrum van Danone

· Proactieve communicatie richting klanten en distributiecentra wat betreft de status en mogelijke problemen van orders

· Ontvangen en begeleiden van klachten/meldingen van klanten

· Interne communicatie met alle betrokken afdelingen. Voornamelijk contact met de afdelingen Supply & Demand planning, Accounting en Sales

Je bent een enthousiaste professional met een proactieve houding en hebt minimaal HBO werk/denkniveau en tenminste één jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie bij een multinational. Je hebt de drive en kennis om delen van processen te automatiseren en of te verbeteren. Je krijgt energie van het oplossen van klantvragen en het verbeteren van processen. Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en werkt graag samen in een dynamisch team. Daarnaast ben je klantgericht, stressbestendig, communicatief sterk, flexibel, een echte teamplayer en heb je een hands-on mentaliteit.
