  • Be a go-to advisor for digital performance, supporting data education and fostering data literacy within the organization.

As Data Analyst, you’ll directly report to Xiao Wei, Sr. Digital Performance Manager.

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a digital, marketing, or media analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Databricks, and SQL (or similar). Experience with data dashboarding tools like Power BI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience in presenting data and insights to senior business stakeholders, with the ability to convey complex analyses in a simple, impactful way.
  • Strong affinity for Strategy, Insights and media-related work, with a curiosity and passion for data storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple global projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
