Demand & Supply Manager – Nordics & Baltics

About the job

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Manager to manage demand forecasting and supply planning across the Nordics & Baltics. In this role, you will drive forecast accuracy, service level performance, and cross‑functional collaboration using strong analytical insight and effective communication skills. You will work proactively to identify risks and opportunities, support decision‑making, and continuously improve planning processes.

 

Location: Riga, Latvia or Solna, Sweden


Role Requirements

  • Lead the monthly forecasting process with sales input and ensure alignment with financial forecasting across horizons
  • Active participation in supply & sourcing meetings
  • Ensure transparency of demand planning activities (innovations, promotions, etc.) and underlying assumptions
  • Manage risk and opportunity reporting, and make trade-off decisions
  • Provide root cause analysis and action plans where improvements or learnings are identified
  • Work in a structured, analytical way to secure targets for service level, forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and waste budget
  • Aggregate and share data analysis and executive summaries with stakeholders

About you

About You

  • Strong background in Demand and/or Supply Planning preferably within FMCG
  • Previous experience or good understanding of an S&OP process
  • Experienced in analytical and collaborative scenario modeling
  • Highly analytical and detail‑oriented with a critical mindset
  • Comfortable translating complex analyses into clear executive summaries and key takeaways
  • Strong communication skills to drive discussions forward
  • Proactive, self‑driven, and takes ownership
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and challenging constructively
  • English required


Systems & Tools

  • Excel (mandatory)
  • Power BI or similar (highly valued)
  • SAP IBP / SAP ERP / Acumen (valued)
