The Digital Health Team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in DLab Singapore. We develop digital health initiatives for Danone to impact health globally and locally and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.

About the role...

• You will have to coordinate and participate ideation sessions with Country Business Units and different business categories to understand consumer/patients/HCPs’ pain points and challenges, to select valuable and relevant concepts that can answer our consumers/patients/HCPs needs.
• You will be responsible for digital health project initiatives, global competitive intelligence, timelines, budget, and project quality.
• You will be responsible to create and deliver science-based digital solutions, designed to bring added value to Specialized Nutrition innovations:
  
  • To support bringing business value to our key local/global brands as additional services
  • To collect data to generate scientific evidence via digital technologies to generate health impact and fuel innovations
  • To build our own technologies and services for global use
• You will have to engage with internal stakeholders across several business functions and external stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders, including internal/external communication of our key successes.
• You will support digital products launches/activations in key countries.
• You will combine a technical approach (such as phasing and structuring of the project, target setting in terms of resources and specifications) with a more social approach (leading and organizing people, enable decision making, internal/external stakeholder management).
• You will manage Digital Health projects and setup the best strategies for regular updates in our team meetings and other relevant forums.

To be successful in this role, you will need…

The following technical skills and experience:

• At least a BSc. Degree in nutrition, dietetics, food science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience leading digital projects in healthcare/nutrition health/supplement companies.
• Preferably with previous working experience in Business Development, Business Management or equivalent.
• Able to translate business challenges into opportunities to develop digital health tools and determine measurable impact on business portfolio/category.
• Preferably familiar with Agile /Scrum methodology and/or design thinking.
• Experience in managing cross-functional innovative projects.
• Effective communication and stakeholders' management skills.
• Knowledge about Danone business and key brands and strategy.

• Strong leadership skills to lead project strategy, empower team members, and embrace feedback with the right mindset.
• Simplify and prioritize tasks, demonstrating effective communication skills and creativity.
• Make fact-based decision and ensure project deliverables are met, learn from mistakes, ensure good project quality, and timely project updates to drive successful collaborations.
• Be agile, be open to be pushed outside of comfort zone and lead by example.
• Ability to understand science and to turn it into digital assets.
• Fluency in English language.
